We'll happily exchange items within 14 days, buyers are responsible for postage costs, if it is not what you expected. Our descriptions offer full details of each item so we encourage our customers to read them thoroughly, check measurements & ask any questions before purchase.

We send all our packages 2nd class signed for so please allow up to 5 days for delivery. Tracking numbers can happily be provided after 2 days.
